The chef-turned-perfumer, who still runs his family restaurant in Cagli, builds this one from milk flowers, cocoa butter, and sweet orange peel, then lets it melt into roasted hazelnut, chocolate, and date before landing on a sugary drydown of brown sugar, caramel, and toffee. It's unapologetically dessert-forward and doesn't pretend otherwise: this is a fragrance built entirely around comfort and nostalgia, not restraint.
