Refund policy

Order Change or Cancellation Policy

You can request changes (such as modifying items or updating the address) or cancel your order before it is fulfilled. Once the order status changes to Fulfilled, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free return policy for all bottle purchases in the U.S. up to 30 days from the delivery date. Please note that samples are non-refundable. All sales outside the U.S., including bottles, are final and non-refundable.

• Unopened Products: If the product is in its original condition with the packaging intact, we will provide a full refund on the bottle’s value minus the return shipping cost.

• Opened/Used Products: If the product has been opened or slightly used, we will accept the return but charge a 10% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping cost.

First-Time Buyer Waiver: For first-time buyers who are still on the fence and unsure about product authenticity, we waive the restocking fee on the first order, if you are not fully convinced with our products. However, this is not intended for blind buying and returning fragrances. We recommend trying our 1ml samples at affordable prices to explore new scents before committing to a full bottle.

To initiate a return, email us at support@venbafragrance.com. We will send you a return label via email. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within two business days, to your preferred form of payment. Please note that banks may take an additional 3–4 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
