We are based in Connecticut and have an economic nexus with California. Therefore, we are bound by law to collect sales tax for all online transactions in these two states. However, orders outside of these states will not be charged.

Most of our products are already listed at significant discount to retail prices. We do offer additional coupons occasionally. If so, we will publish the coupon on the announcement tab at the top of the webpage.

We should be able to change or cancel the order before it is shipped out. Reach us via email at contact@venbafragrance.com for any change/ cancellation requests. Once the item is shipped, it will be considered a return request.

Our return policy lasts up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US. All international sales will be final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will provide you with the return shipping label and 10% will be adjusted as restocking fees. 

If the seal is opened or if the product is used, there will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee (This could increase depending on the level of usage).

Your return shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Please allow us two days to process the refund once we receive the product back.

Even though insurance is not mandatory, we strongly recommend our buyers to take the optional shipping insurance if you want us to be liable for any loss, damage or theft in transit. If you decide to opt out of the additional insurance, you will be liable for any risk after the product is shipped.

We would recommend to you first check with your local USPS/ UPS office to identify the issue. If you believe it is an incident of porch pirate, we can assist you with processing the insurance claim. 

In cases of porch pirate or friendly neighborhood fraud (instances when tracking claims package is delivered, but buyer claims otherwise), we would require proof of theft to file an insurance claim. In absence of proof, a police report for theft will be mandatory to file a claim and to issue a refund. If the buyer fails to provide any proof or police report, Venba Fragrance will not be liable even if the buyer took Shipping protection.

We only ship within the US and Canada at the moment. 

Buyer’s will be completely responsible for any duty and tax. Please reach out to us if you have any special requests for international shipping.  We do not access returns for international orders.

Niche fragrance is made by companies dedicated primarily to creating perfume, as opposed to fragrance from fashion houses. Their production is on a much smaller scale and presence in mainstream retail outlets is minimal. You can typically find them at high end boutique.

Like any traditional business, we procure products in bulk from distributors at competitive prices. But, unlike regular retailers, we are able to keep over overhead low as we are online only store. This gives us the flexibility to operate in a smaller foot space and with limited employees. We pass on some of those saving to our customers, thereby saving you some money in the process.

Testers are typically meant for the counter in a department store. While procuring in bulk, we do get few testers at a slight discount to the regular bottle. Most testers come in different packaging, typically a plain white box. Some brands send testers without a cap.  The condition of the tester is always mentioned in the product page. If you are particular about the presentation or if you intend to buy as a gift, we will highly recommend to just buy the regular retail bottle.

Unless mentioned otherwise, all items come in the regular retail bottle as intended by the manufacturer. Testers and samples are the only exceptions, and they will be explicitly mentioned in the item variant name.

While we do have few official sample cards from the brand, most samples in the store are carefully hand decanted by Venba Fragrance. The samples are by no means affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or supported by any of the brands whose products we supply.

We guarantee the authenticity and quality of the samples you receive. The end product offered will be the genuine fragrance which will be taken from the original retail bottle and placed into our own generic glass vials.

It is true that Creed Aventus used to come without cellophane wraps in the past. But, since mid-2019, Creed has started to wrap their Aventus with cellophane wrap. We sell the product as intended by the original manufacturer and we do not alter the packaging in any way.

Most niche fragrance use natural ingredients. So, these fragrances can slightly vary from one production batch to another. Manufacturers change their ingredients periodically and that may cause a slight change in color, scent or performance of the perfume. Please note that we have no control on the production, we only make sure the item is 100% authentic and as intended by the manufacturer.
