I wanted something fresh yet spicy to save me from the cold weather in winter and the harsh heat in summer. I think this baby will get the work done. It’s definitely refreshing maybe a little minty for winter (-14*C) but the ginger is doing a great work to lift my spirit (gave ginger shot vibe) and I trust it to calm me down come summer. I sprayed it in the air then sniffed it. Initial opening was a love at first sniff (1st sec), then something spicy hit my nose (2-4th sec) that cut through me like pepper or herbs, I believe it was the ginger except the notes include black pepper. Eventually I loved the dry-down. It also settled on my skin well enough though slightly peppery but I wanted the pepper. It’s what made me buy it in the first place. I will occasionally wear this now for the purpose but my ultimate impression will come a month from now once the juice macerates.
